VISIREX primarily serves business customers through wholesale supply, private label, and OEM/ODM product solutions.

Wholesale Orders

Returns and refunds for wholesale orders are subject to the terms agreed upon in writing before order confirmation.

Orders generally cannot be returned solely due to changes in customer preference, unsold inventory, or changes in business requirements.

Custom & OEM/ODM Orders

Custom-made, private label, and OEM/ODM orders are generally non-returnable once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at sales@rexvisionus.com with your order details, photographs, and a description of the issue.

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with the agreed order terms and applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the order status, production progress, and any written terms agreed upon before order confirmation.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the refund method and processing arrangements will be communicated to the customer.
